Wild Dive is a First Person Runner made for PC, where you cross a vibrant but unforgiving nature at a frantic pace. Reach the highest score by dodging obstacles, leaping across ravines, sliding down slopes, etc …

About the project
Wild Dive is a platformer/runner made in Unreal Engine during my last year of formation at Objectif 3D.
Being the only Game and Level Designer of the project, my responsibilities were high and my tasks numerous.
My Contribution
My missions were comprised of but not limited to: coming up with an achievable game concept, prototyping with and without programmers, finding an appropriate artistic direction alongside the graphic designers, laying down the Level Design Blockout, organising playtest and balancing the game.

Level Design
My Process
While fully designing on paper has it's perks, I believe taking inspiration from concept art makes for a much more "organic" Level Design. Images below show how I and my team managed to go from Concept Art to Blockout to Game Art.
